International Intellectual Management Corporation (IM), incorporated in the state of California on July 18, 2006, was established for the investment and management of intellectual properties. We seek to partner with the owners of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual properties, in purchasing their property rights via exchanging them for holdings in our corporation in shares, to negotiate, license, sell and enforce the rights against potential buyers, licensees, and infringers of those rights.		IIMC has launched its Korean Operation. IIMC has established its Korean Operation in early 2008 and appointed Mr. Lee and Ms. Kim as the Chief and Manager of Korean Operation, respectively. As of Dec.,2008, IIMC has five patents. IIMC has five patents as of December of 2008, and recently initiated a patent litigation with regard to three of them. IIMC is considering other patents for potential acquisition. More news will come.
